Corporate Structure

Our Agnostic Business Model (ABM) has 20 plus years in a variety of vertical industries, all having one common thread, information, technology, and the Internet of things, and I desire to connect and communicate.

We are highly blessed to work the land “shoulder to shoulder” with our ag-partners, farmers, and rancher to secure the harvest to feed our family and friends.  We are veterans owned, deep-rooted in ensuring they continue or die alone, leveling the playing field for the delivery of a Multi-Tribal Diversity (M-TD) initiative into the mainstream. We will apply engineering, ag-educational partnerships, and direct interfacing with our farmers, and ranchers on a global scale. Our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) work in all areas of agricultural business acumen.

The founders of eHawk Global come from abroad line of industry disciplines in the areas of financial management, information system technology, medical, doctoral programs, logistics management, and managed services.

eHawk Global is committed to developing the next generation of Internet of Things (IOT), e-commerce, and online services. Our products and services are designed to empower individual farmers and agriculture cooperatives to establish highly competitive Agricultural Service Platforms (ASPs). It is a phenomenon that is unique to the Caribbean and emerging agricultural production in the United States. In addition to outdoor farming, we also support hydroponics, greenhouses, and innovative technologies.
